BIRD Prize to Giacomo De Palma

Postdoc Giacomo de Palma from QMATH has been awarded the "Best Young Italian Researcher in Denmark"(B.I.R.D.) 2018.
The Italian Embassy in Copenhagen has awarded the new B.I.R.D. Prize 2018 to postdoc Giacomo de Palma.
The awards were presented to Italian researchers operating in Denmark who received part of their education in Italy, in recognition of innovative research conducted in each of the three European Research Council domains:
• Life Sciences
• Physical and Engineering Sciences
• Social Sciences and Humanities
The awards were presented during a ceremony at the at the Italian Institute of Culture in Denmark on the Italian National Day, on June 8th, 2018.
