Title: Discovering Electron Transitions in Spin-Qbit Devices

Abstract: In weakly tunnel-coupled spin qubit quantum dot arrays, electrons are trapped using electromagnetic potentials and the shape of the potential is governed by gate electrodes.  Due to coulomb blockade, the set of gate-voltages leading to a certain configuration of electrons form a convex polytope. Learning the facets of the polytope is an important step for inducing controlled state-transitions, a prerequisite forquantum computation. Unfortunately, finding transitions and their effect on the state configuration is difficult. This talk will give a short introduction to the topic and to learning the convex polytope with machine-learning.
