Title: Many-body Fu-Kane-Mele index

Abstract: I will present the many-body Fu-Kane-Mele index recently developed together with Sven Bachmann and Mahsa Rahnama. It extends the Fu-Kane-Mele index for free fermions to a broad class of strongly interacting systems and therefore proves the persistence of the Fu-Kane-Mele phase under strong interactions.
