Title: Zero energy resonances and what they can be used for.

Abstract: I will discuss how I tried to understand the concept resonances during the last couple of years. For me the easiest definition of a zero energy resonance is that it is a ``eigenfunction'' of a non--negative Schrödinger operator with ``eigenvalue''  (energy) zero, which has finite kinetic energy but it is not normalizable in L^2.

I will discuss some criteria for existence/ non-existence of resonances and will (try to) discuss how resonances pop up in applications and how one can use them.
